Southern province Management services officers, Southern province Development officers,Southern province information technology, Southern province office employees, Southern province drivers’

All the establishment activities of the officers in the Sri Lanka Administrative service, Sri Lanka Accountants’ service, Sri Lanka planning service, Sri Lanka Engineering service, Sri Lanka educational administrative service, Sri Lanka animal production and health service, Sri Lanka ayurvedic medical service, Sri lanka agri cultural service and southern province management services officers’ supra grade serving in the southern province

Coordinating with ministry of public administration and the public service commission for establishment activities of the above officers and carrying out other establishment activities to be completed by the southern province chief secretariat

Activities relating to the issuance of duty-free vehicle permits according to the trade investment and policy circular for public officers belonging to the all island service who are employed in southern province

Coordinating establishment activities of departmental officers in southern provincial public service

Granting no pay leaves to be spent in the island or out of the island for all officers of southern provincial public service in terms of public administration circular no. 14/2022

Granting personal foreign leave for officers in the posts belonging to the all island service and combined service ( where the chief secretary of southern province is appointing Authority)
