As a leading public service training institute in the southern province MDTI identified its vision as “be the center of excellence for management and development in Sri Lanka”. To achieve the vision, MDTI is willing to improving provincial human resources base on common, private, service bound and organizational requirements and provide high quality services of training, consultancy and introducing management development strategies.
